We welcome groups of all ages—whether you are planning a school field trip or an outing for an adult group (including active 55+ communities), Temecula Berry Co. offers a unique opportunity to explore farm life in a hands-on, engaging way.
Field Trip Season:
October through June
Please note: No field trips are available during May due to our peak harvest schedule.
What to Expect by Season
October – February
While our blueberry bushes are bare during this time, there is still plenty to discover. We guide your group through the annual cycle of a blueberry bush, with a focus on farming practices, soil health, irrigation, and seasonal rhythms. Students and guests can also enjoy meeting our friendly goats, pigs, and chickens—and of course, taking photos on our beloved red tractor!
March – April
Spring brings exciting changes to the farm! During this period, you will see blossoms appear and witness the busy bees at work, pollinating the fields. In April, berries begin to form, offering a fascinating look at fruit development. Educational discussions focus on the life cycle of the blueberry bush, pollination, and sustainable farming practices.
June
This is our favorite time to welcome field trip groups! Visitors will enjoy a full farm experience:
Pick a small container of fresh blueberries
Learn about blueberry bush care, fertilizer use, and irrigation
Visit our animals—goats, pigs, and chickens
Take pictures on the red tractor
Experience the beauty of the farm in full bloom
Important Notes
Field trips are not available in May due to the busy harvest season.
All visits are by appointment only.
Group size and scheduling information available upon request.
